Spinach with Feta

Looking for a quick and healthy side dish for dinner?

How about spinach and feta! Let me be the first to say it gets no easier then this.



Ingrediants:

3 cups of spinach (rinsed/pat dry)
1 tbsp of virgin coconut oil
1/3 cup of feta
Sea salt
Pepper

Directions:
In a small sauté pan, heat coconut oil on medium heat.
Add spinach to pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Remove from pan, salt & pepper to taste and sprinkle feta on top.

That's it, no, really- that's it!
