The freakin' scale at the gym...

HAS to be broken... there is no other explanation for 2 straight months of working out and eating smaller portions have I gained 15lbs.... 15!!  according to the gym scale this 5'2" frame carries 150lbs~ really?  a few weeks ago I weighed 137 and was happy that I had actually lost 4lbs... see, this is why people get discouraged. it's like you do all this work and the stupid scale turns around and makes you want to kick something (arrrggghhhh) maybe this is why many people have been telling me not to use the scale and just measure myself with a tape what ever the resoning behind scale vs tape is beyond me but for now, I need a twinkie, that should make me feel better...
